+ 20 more local events to make you the planning hero

Good Morning Chester County,

Between the snow, rain, wind, and freezing temps I’ve had about enough of the winter weather.

I’m daydreaming about eating outside in the evening on closed down streets in West Chester and Phoenixville, beer gardens and wineries under an afternoon sun with friends and family, and not putting on 3+ layers just to go outside.

There’s nothing you can do to rush the seasons, but it doesn’t mean we can’t hope they were here sooner!

So, for now…

This is what we’ve got on tap:

  • West Chester Restaurant Week is almost here!

  • Test your ChesCo knowledge

  • Our adoptable pets of the week

  • +20 other local events to keep your eyes on

The Blend

A curated mix of local stories, updates, and announcements from our team.

😋 West Chester Restaurant Week is Almost Here

From Sunday, 2/23 through Sunday, 3/2 some of your favorite West Chester borough restaurants will be offering exclusive prix fixe menus for $40 or $60 per person.

We’ve got more info in our featured events section, but its important to get reservations now if you’re planning on checking it out.

♥️ Adoptable Pets of the Week

🐶 Meet Keno

An excellent leash walker, Keno is said to be the most highly sought after for volunteers to take care of. At six and a half years old, he turns into a puppy when he gets in the play yard. It doesn’t take long for him to get comfortable, and once he does he’ll lean into you for pets and cuddles.

Do yourself (and Keno) a favor, bring this loving boy home.

🐱 Meet Mystique

This gentle soul had a tough start to life. Found in a home with over 40 cats, she was not at a healthy weight. Despite her mistreatment, she’s bounced back and now just wants attention/love at each chance she gets.

It’s worth noting that Mystique is FIV+, which means her immune system is weaker, but she can still live a long and healthy life. Give her the life she deserves.
